Welcome to Sicily! House LINA we offer you the possibility to live in a relaxing and comforting environment with the sea and the colors of Sicily. The house is 800 mt far from Donnalucata, a maritime small village belonging to Scicli. It's situated in an optimal position for the ones who love the sea, the private life and the calm; in few minutes you can reach the sea of Donnalucata and enjoy its East or West beaches or the other beaches of the coast of Scicli: Sampieri, Cava d'Aliga, Bruca, the mouth of the river Irminio (all free beaches). The house is 5 kms far from the historical Baroque town of Scicli and 20 kms from Ragusa Ibla. In Scicli and in Ragusa Ibla you can admire its churches and its buildings, recognized by the Unesco as Patrimony of the humanity and these places are also famous for the TV fiction "The Commissioner Montalbano". The house consists of two levels: On the ground floor there is an apartment with two bedrooms, a living-room with TV, a kitchen, a laundry, a bath-room with shower, a private parking space. Besides, it has got an ample solarium balcony of 80 square metres which offers a splendid panoramic view of the maritime coast. On the first floor there are two one-room flats of new construction which are elegantly furnished and one of these with a balcony of 25 square metres. Each flat is provided with kitchenette, tv, bath-room with shower, refrigerator, air conditioner, laundry and private parking space. The whole house is available from March to October; we propose different prices as regards the period: In Spring or in winter we make super discounts for reservations exceeding two weeks. The price includes the consumption of electricity, gas, water, change of weekly linen, initial and final cleaning. In Donnalucata, ancient suburb of fishermen, you can find supermarkets , postal offices, banks, chemist's shops, first aid stations, open-air cinemas , restaurants offering fresh fish dishes, shops, aesthetical centers, etc. Conditions and Payment: Payment must be effected giving an advance to the reservation and the remaining part to the delivery of the keys when you arrive here. We advise that the arrival must be effected from 16:00 to 19:00 and the departure within 10:00. We accept long-term bookings. minimum stay: one week, arrivals and departures from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are not allowed. It is kind from you to know the hour when you exactly arrive.
