Le Casa Vacanze Campione sono ospitate all'interno di un grande giardino che si apre nella quiete della campagna favignanese, a due chilometri dal centro turistico del paese di Favignana ed a poche centinaia di metri dalle più belle zone balneabili dell'isola: Cala Rossa, Cala Azzurra ed il Burrone con la sua spiaggia attrezzata.L'ospitalità è assicurata da otto appartamenti indipendenti arredati e corredati, forniti di letti con doghe in legno e materassi ortopedici, di acqua calda, di gas centralizzato e di asciugacapelli:Nel grande ed articolato giardino illuminato, che circonda il complesso abitativo, sono accolte piante esotiche e della flora mediterranea (sterlizie giganti, alberi del rosario, eritrine, araucarie, palme, tuye, hybiscus, jacaranda, olivi, limoni, erbe aromatiche) oltre ad un grande prato e ad una vasca con ninfee.Tutti gli appartamenti dispongono degli ampi spazi comuni costituiti da:· lo spazio relax dell'intero giardino e del suo prato, con sdraio, ombrelloni e docce per il dopo mare;· un'ampia tettoia coperta e riparata, attrezzata con tavoli e sedie e collegata ad un casotto in muratura con un forno a legna ed un barbecue;· un grande spiazzo, adiacente alla vasca delle ninfee e protetto da una siepe di olivi, parzialmente ombreggiato da un gazebo ed attrezzato con tavoli, sedie, sdraio ed un secondo barbecue;· uno spiazzo protetto, dove è possibile parcheggiare almeno un'autovettura per ogni unità abitativa.Le abitazioni ed il giardino sono costantemente derattizzati e bonificati dagl'insetti molesti. Proprio di fronte si apre la Cava di Franciscu, forse la più bella, certamente la più singolare delle cave di tufo che costellano l'Isola, scavata in lunghi anni di appassionato lavoro da un oscuro mastro "pirriatore", che l'ha puntigliosamente scolpita nei massicci piloni, nelle volte, nelle pareti delle stanze come fosse una cattedrale ipogea.
