Alì Terme is a nice thermal town on the ionic coast of Sicily. It is famous for its hot springs. It is 15 minutes far by car from Taormina (Taormina is a hustoric and very amusing greek town. It has a lot of trendy discoteques and pubs). Alì Terme offers thermal spa, resturants, pizzerias, pubs, discopubs cinema and a wonderful seaside. What to do: August is full of events: the bonfire of MidAugust on all the Ionic Coast and for the traditional and enchanting feast of Saint Rocco, who walks on the sea. Alì Terme is also famous for a mummy ' La Beata Morano' , pleople says she made miracles. Visit also the churchs on the surroundings. On Christmas Time the weather is mild, you can have a nice time in the gargeous Christmas atmosphere of Taormina or go skying on the famous Vulcano ETNA, the most high active Vulcano of Europe.
