La casa “Sole” è un raffinato trilocale ispirato ai colori maggiormente presenti nella nostra splendida regione, il giallo del sole fino alle sue più calde sfumature dell’arancio.
Come le altre è situata sulla costa Jonica a poca distanza dal centro di Acireale uno splendido comune alle pendici dell’Etna, a metà strada tra la città di Catania ed il famoso centro turistico di Taormina.
La casa è di un livello decisamente superiore alla media con dotazioni complete in ogni esigenza ed un occhio attento sia all’eleganza quanto alla funzionalità.
E’ dotata di un balcone, con una vista mozzafiato, talmente ampio da consentire di prendere il sole, pranzare o semplicemente riposare, allo stesso tempo.
In ogni caso è disponibile un solarium, a pian terreno, che dista pochi metri dall’acqua usufruendo dell’accesso privato a mare. I posti letto disponibili sono al massimo sette tutti confortevoli e comodi.
Nella casa troverete: aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, TV, satellite con decoder NDS (gli abbonati alla pay-tv italiana potranno continuare a vedere i programmi preferiti anche in vacanza con la propria smart-card), forno microonde, forno grande tradizionale, zanzariere mobili alle finestre e balconi, lettini prendisole, arredo esterno, lavatrice personale.
Sono compresi nel prezzo inoltre: set da bagno e lenzuola per ogni ospite, 1 posto auto, e consumi elettrici ed idrici standard.

“Sole” is a refined three-roomed flat that is inspired by the colours that are most frequent in our splendid region, from the yellow of the sun to its warmest tones of orange.
Like the others, it is located on the Ionian coast not far from the centre of Acireale, a splendid town at the slopes of Etna, half way between Catania and the famous tourist centre of Taormina.
The apartment is decidedly above average and fully equipped for every need, with an attentive eye to both elegance and functionality.
It has a balcony with a breathtaking view, so wide that you can sunbathe, eat or just lounge around, all at the same time.
In any case there is also a solarium on the ground floor just a few metres from the water’s edge with private beach access. The house can sleep up to seven, and all beds are relaxing and comfortable.
In the apartment you will find: air-conditioning in all rooms, TV, satellite with NDS decoder (subscribers to Italian pay-TV will be able to see their favourite programmes even when on holiday with their own smart-card), microwave oven, large traditional oven, mobile mosquito screens on the windows and balcony, sunbeds, outside furniture, personal washing machine.
The price also includes: bathroom towels and sheets for each guest, 1 car park space, electricity and water.
